Add a storage resource Keep the VPC and add aws_s3_bucket.assets named "varnook-learning-assets" with the tag Purpose = "practice". Plan should create only the bucket.

Names and uniqueness Real S3 names have global uniqueness and additional restrictions. This pilot validates a conservative lowercase naming subset and duplicates within the configuration. It cannot check real-world availability.
A declaration is not an access policy A bucket declaration does not establish the access policy you need. Public access, encryption choices, versioning and lifecycle rules require their own configuration and review in a real deployment. This lesson creates no real bucket and models none of those settings.
